In a new interview for Survivor: Game Changers, four-time player Cirie Fields has some very definite ideas about who she’d like to play with this time.

As we get ever closer to the premiere of Survivor: Game Changers, it feels like speculation has ramped up considerably. After all, with an all-returnee season, it’s easier to pick out some possible threads of connection that could lead to alliances — or to rivalries. However, speculation can’t quite match up with things like pre-game interviews, especially not when it comes to players like Cirie Fields.

In a newly-released interview with Entertainment Weekly‘s Dalton Ross, Cirie actually name-checked several players she’d like to work with in the game. Here’s what she had to say:

"“My perfect team would be Caleb, Tai, Michaela, Tony — I gotta take Tony. He’s Jersey City, dude! I like Aubry, but I don’t know if Aubry’s feeling me like that. I’d like to have Aubry.”"

Now, in our own cast assessment, written prior to the full cast reveal, we suggested that Cirie may want to play a quieter game than she has in the past. It seems like she has some similar ideas, because she named Tony Vlachos, one of the most-targeted players before the game started. Letting him take the heat would certainly let her move forward in the game, and she could likely use her connections to take him out if need be.

The same goes for a player like Caleb Reynolds, and it seems wise for her to also name Tai Trang. The two men were good friends on Kaoh Rong, and they’d likely go as a pair. It seems that Cirie still has a good read and knowledge of how the seasons have played out since her last go-round.

However, she may run into some trouble assembling that perfect team of hers. According to the cast list, she’ll only have Tai on the Nuku tribe to start the game off. All the rest will be on the opposite side. She’ll likely also have to contend with Ozzy Lusth and J.T. Thomas, two of the threats to her game we identified in her cast assessment, since they will be on the same tribe as she is to begin the game.

Additionally, Ross posted a photo to Instagram showing Cirie’s biggest target going into the game:

Sandra, though, will also start the game on the opposite tribe.
