Sandra was confident in her stranglehold over the Mana tribe, but with Survivor Game Changers Episode 3, “Survivor Jackpot” means a swap changes things up.
Fortune favors the bold, inside and outside ofSurvivor, and with Sandra making the moves to get Tony out in “The Stakes Have Been Raised,” it’s clear that she’s taken on a more aggressive gameplay inSurvivor Game Changers. However, with a confirmed tribe swap inSurvivor Game ChangersEpisode 3, “Survivor Jackpot,” her dominance over her tribe is about to (potentially) slip away.
Because there’s a strong chance of spoilers showing anything else in the episode beyond this point, CBS has chosen the moments right before showing off who owns what buffsas the perfect preview videoforSurvivor Game ChangersEpisode 3. In it, we see the Nuku tribe’s shock seeing Tony get voted out, Zeke Smith correctly identifying a swap was about to occur, and Sandra stating that, until that point, she “was leading the sheep to slaughter” with Mana.

As part ofthe preview videofor “Survivor Jackpot,” we know exactly where 6 of the 18 remainingSurvivor Game Changerscastaways are destined to, including the entirety of the new Nuku tribe. J.T., Sandra, Aubry, Varner, Michaela, and Malcolm are all on the Nuku tribe, putting J.T. immediately in a severe minority. However, with Sandra noting her hopes to keep strong players to hide behind, this actually could put Aubry and Varner in the minority should she be able to sway an alliance that way.
Of course, at the time of this video, Sandra has no idea how the swap affects her, so it does put her strategy into a funk on the tribe swap day. Plus, none of the castaways at that specific momentknow they will be split into three tribes, so with the remaining Mana three splintered off into two other tribes, there will be interesting alliance dynamics at play.
