Survivor Game Changers Season Finale Airs May 24
We may be just over halfway on the path to the merge, yet CBS has made it clear now when we can expect the Survivor Game Changers season finale.
Despite the editing for Survivor Game Changers keeping the pace up so early in the season, the truth is we’re looking at just the fourth week of the season this Wednesday. However, with the late start date, CBS needs to get their ducks in a row concerning the end of the 2016-2017 television season ahead of time.
That’s why the network today has confirmed the release dates for 25 season finales, including the Survivor Game Changers season finale. It will air on Wednesday, May 24 at 8 p.m. ET, and will run for two hours (similar to the season premiere).

This puts this season of Survivor on a path towards May 24 to cover 14 one-hour episodes with no breaks from the debut (March 8) to the season finale, as Inside Survivor places this season at 14 episodes total. However, CBS could also throw in another double episode or two sometime during the rest of this season before the season finale and opt to take a week off.
Usually, Survivor starts in early/mid-February, making for a mid-May season finale and a week or two off in the middle for a breather. However, this trend was bucked as CBS tried out Hunted in an early-January slot that pushed this season’s start date a little bit further back.
