#7. Ben Driebergen

Despite steering the ship as King Arthur of the Knights of the Round Table, some are starting to see Ben as something of a dictator. It’s been a seed planted by Joe since the merge, but now he’s starting to throw his weight around and override others’ voices.

Last week, Chrissy and Ashley were very forward in trying to get rid of Joe, who’s been getting on both players’ nerves. While being a genuinely strategic player that knows how to find Idols left, right and center, Ben shot each player down in a massive way while also demonstrating a huge lack of social awareness.

In the “Next Week On Survivor” preview, as previously mentioned, it’s Lauren, Ashley, Devon, Mike and Joe that were shown talking together, suggesting that their possible target is either Ben, Chrissy, Ryan or JP. With Ben having a solid story to pitch at the Final Tribal Council as a Marine, nobody (including Ryan, who made his FTC fears known in a confessional) wants to sit beside him in the end. The “stay tuned” moment may be Ben’s departure from the game.
