While the “Next Time on Survivor” preview focuses on the family visit, the episode 12 synopsis teases another idol for one castaway that will require stealth.

The exciting double episode of Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers featured the Round Table alliance finally turning on each other in a very strategy heavy two hours of television. This Survivor season is certainly starting to pick up, as the complete Pagonging of the Healers has officially been avoided.

Next week the ball will keep on rolling with the sixth idol of the season in play, as the Survivor season 35 episode 12 synopsis has hinted at the CBS Entertainment press site. Here is the full description of “Not Going to Roll Over and Die.”

"Castaways receive a much-needed visit from their loved ones, and one castaway must snatch an idol in plain sight, on SURVIVOR, Wednesday, Dec. 6 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network."

An idol in plain sight is certainly plenty to digest. The preview already showed Ben creating a fake idol, meaning episode 12 will have an immense focus on Hidden Immunity Idols. With a possible strong majority of four, the idol could very well create havoc at camp.

Since a castaway has to find the idol in the open, this information is definitely coming from an idol clue. We have seen these types of idols before at challenges and even around camp. These special idol locations have created great moments throughout Survivor history, notably by Kelley Wentworth twice in Survivor: Cambodia.

If a member of the majority alliance finds this clue, they will surely show caution to avoid becoming a larger threat. An obvious idol discovery seen by others could pose a risk to their endgame.

On the other hand, a correct idol play by a member of the minority of Chrissy, Ryan, and Dr. Mike would spoil the 4-3 advantage. Challenge idols have yet to be seen in Survivor season 35, making it the odds-on location for idol number six.

Dr. Mike is the most likely to encounter the idol. Last time, the editing set him up for a fantastic idol play, only for it to result in epic failure. We are still waiting for a moment of greatness from Dr. Mike, and he will be profoundly searching, with his Coco-Nuts alliance partner sent packing.

Any of the final seven appear to have a real chance of winning, and a Kelley Wentworth moment could provide enough momentum for a castaway to ride all the way to the end. Will one castaway shake the game up once more? We will find out on December 6 from 8 to 9 p.m. ET.
