At some point, everySurvivorfan has debated who deserves a spot on theSurvivorMt. Rushmore. Whether it’s champions, multi-season veterans, or unforgettable one-time players, countless names have been suggested as the best the game has to offer.
Some players proposed by both alumni and fans include two-time winners Sandra Diaz-Twine, Tony Vlachos, andParvati Shallow. Other winners repeatedly mentioned include Boston Rob Mariano, Jeremy Collins, Kim Spradlin, Richard Hatch, Tyson Apostol, Yul Kwon, and Sarah Lacina.

Other players constantly brought up, despite not winning, include Cirie Fields, Rob Cesternino,Christian Hubicki, Russell Hantz, and Kelley Wentworth. Even a new era Mt. Rushmore has been proposed, including Dee Valladares, Rachel LaMont, Yam Yam Arocho, Kyle Fraser, Savannah Louie, and Maryanne Oketch.
Realistically, reaching a 100% consensus within the fanbase and alumni community is next to impossible; however, a new group of people has joined the debate over who they think should be onSurvivor’s Mt. Rushmore. I’m talking, of course, about theSurvivor 51cast.

When asked who they would consider deserving of a spot onSurvivor’s Mt. Rushmore, several players fromSurvivor 51immediately chose the three USSurvivortwo-time winners: Shallow, Diaz-Twine, and Vlachos. Regarding players from the new era, Valladares, LaMont, Arocho, Fraser, Charlie Davies and Q Burdette were mentioned too.
Quite deservedly, several players mentioned Fields as an option. Rob Antonson said, “[Cirie] cause her social game is just ridiculous; like, she’s just a mastermind.“

Two-timeSurvivorplayer and currentBig Brother 28houseguest Rick Devens was also picked. (Slight BB spoiler: as of today, Devens and Valladares are in the Top Four, though one of them is likely leaving in the next round due to them not having power for this week.)
Danny Kilby then added his four choices: “[David] Wright, easy, cause I think oftentimes the best player doesn’t win. [Rob] Cesternino back inThe Amazon. I think he really wrote the rules on what it means to play this game. [Tina] Wesson. [Tom] Westman, fromPalau. He’s up there for me too.“

To round it up, Mariano was another name constantly brought up, as he is one ofSurvivor's most notorious players inthe show's history. Quite hilariously, Jelly Loblack remarked, “I didn’t want to, but I had to.“
Antonson lastly took quite an eyebrow-raising route with one of his picks as he said, “And I gotta go with Joe [Hunter]. I gotta go with Joe just because, you know, that’s the guy I want to play like.“ Antonson, you are aware Hunter is a two-timeSurvivorthird-place finalist with no votes to win, right? He later added, “Actually, get rid of Joe. Ozzy [Lusth], I gotta put Ozzy in number four.“
