The bone-chilling Survivor Game Changers opening credits are finally revealed, although you may not get to see them on the tv screen tomorrow.
I have a confession to make; when I was a little kid, my mom forbid my siblings and I from watching Survivor. The “greedy” nature of the show with its “conniving” ways meant not getting a chance to watch my first full season before Survivor Pearl Islands. The only thing I could glom onto was the opening credits and its majestic cinematography.
That’s why I’m glad to present to you, from the good folks at Entertainment Weekly, the Survivor Game Changers opening credits clip. Take in all of the glory from the 77-second video above, as you likely won’t see it on TV. Nope, it appears as though it is an EW exclusive, marking a huge personal bummer. It’s a two-hour debut, CBS; give us something!
What’s more agonizing is just how well composed the Survivor Game Changers opening credits are, digging deep into the nautical shipwreck theme of the season. I’ve seen the video just three times, but each time I get chills as you see Malcolm tossing a ring, sharks swirling around, Tai falling off the starting ship, and seeing the grand logo reveal at the end.

Possible Survivor Game Changers spoiler territory for the first boot. Skip to after the next bolded section.
As we can see from the clips, judging on what we’ve seen already, the Survivor Game Changers opening credits may have given us a peek into who will be surviving tribal council after the first immunity challenge. Yesterday, the Survivor CBS YouTube channel showed off the second challenge in a Behind-The-Scenes video, involving a ring toss right at the end.
Based on him tossing rings in the intro, this seems to confirm that Malcolm is guaranteed to make it to at least 19th spot in Survivor Game Changers. Andrea also dives into the water in a challenge that doesn’t line up with yesterday’s sneak peeks, either. That narrows the field for the first boot down to…18. It’s not the biggest of spoilers, but either way, it’s interesting to note.
