Survivor Game Changers: Eccentrics Tier

16. Debbie Wanner, Survivor Kaoh Rong: Debbie changed the game of Survivor by creating her own archetype. Rare is it for a woman in this game to have the same eccentric personality traits similar to a Coach and have them highlighted for comedy, and I’m saying that in a very earnest manner! Unfortunately, her alliance members saw that as unreliable, and she was blindsided.

15. Zeke Smith, Survivor Millennials vs. Gen X: This is not to hate on Zeke Smith as a player; he’s been quite progressive in his gameplay. Serving the gap between generations, he played a very strategic game. However, it’s clear he played too strong too early, getting voted out 9th. With his season so fresh in his mind (two weeks off before Survivor Game Changers), he’ll be able to grow his play quickly.

14. Troyzan Robertson, Survivor One World: Troyzan already played a rock star life before ever reaching Survivor, making his way from island to island as a swimsuit photographer. Still, he very much carried that spirit post-merge, as after his alliance crumbled around him, he kept winning immunity challenges and playing idols until being voted out in 8th place. He willed his game into continued existence!

13. Brad Culpepper, Survivor Blood vs. Water: His season, by definition, changed the game by having loved ones compete against each other. However, by taking on the leadership role for his tribe, Brad played votes to do damage to the other tribe emotionally, as well as making a guided attempt to strengthen his tribe. It changed the game, even if it was a quick burnout tactic for him.
