Survivor Game Changers Debbie Wanner
Nuku Tribe member Debbie Wanner, will be one of the 20 castaways competing on SURVIVOR this season, themed “Game Changers”, when the Emmy Award-winning series returns for its 34th season with a special two-hour premiere, Wednesday, March 8 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. 15. Debbie Wanner

As much as Debbie makes for hilarious and ultimately entertaining television as a character, playing the game with her has to be immensely nerve-racking. Dealing with her over-inflated self-confidence and her general personality has to be exhausting. In fact, it was shocking to see how long she lasted in Kaoh Rong for that very reason. With the aggression that she was trying to show when talking to Cirie and others throughout the episode, it’s not hard to imagine her new tribe turning on her relatively quickly.

14. Cirie Fields

This one pains me as we’ve seen numerous times just how sneaky and strategically dominant that Cirie can be in her three previous appearances. However, her beef with Ozzy is why she comes in as low as she does in the post-episode 1 power rankings. While she could just as easily try to take out the other fourth-time player on Game Changers, Ozzy happens to have a seemingly strong alliance forming already with Brad and Sierra. With that said, the tribe swap could help her a great deal and vault her much higher after next week.

13. Andrea Boehlke

Frankly, this ranking has a lot to do with being a bit nerdy about Survivor. The lack of face time that Andrea got throughout the episode is, at minimum, concerning. While the editing for the episode as a whole was strange, the lack of focus on her makes her seem like a fringe player that will have little impact on the game. That could have just been for the first six days, but it’s enough of a concern to keep her in a lower-tier after episode 1.
