Survivor: Game Changers Power Rankings After Episode 1
9. Zeke Smith
Right in the middle of the pack feels exactly the right spot for Zeke in this game. What was impressive about Zeke in the premiere was his early game strategy. While he was somewhat aggressive in looking for allies and scheming, he was quiet about it and managed to stay off the radar to some degree. Of course, that’s a trick game to play over the course of 39 days, which is really the problem here and why he comes in at No. 9. His game could work, but could also fall apart quickly from what we saw in episode 1.
8. Aubry Bracco
You could make a strong argument for having Zeke and Aubry tied after the first episode of Game Changers because their games are both so precarious in the early stages. It’s clear that Aubry is going to play the same way she did in Kaoh Rong, working to take out the most powerful players and let her savviness make her case for being the Sole Survivor. Where that could come to hurt her, however, is if she gets caught in this too early. If that happens, she could be going home sooner rather than later.
7. Hali Ford
In stark contrast to Aubry and Zeke and their low-key aggressiveness, Hali Ford is just simply low-key right now. However, she said throughout her pre-game interviews that was largely the plan, that she wanted to just be there for a while before she had to make a move. She’s most certainly executing that plan well after one episode. What will be key for her, though, is making sure that she knows how and when to make the right move when that time comes. Because we don’t know if she can manage that, it’s hard to put her much higher than this.
