Survivor Game Changers Episode 4 Has Two Tribes Vote One Player Out
We’ll take a glimpse at what the future merge will hold as Survivor Game Changers episode 4 will see two tribes vote out one castaway.
When Jeff Probst seemed to repeat ad nauseam that Survivor Game Changers was more about the players willing to change their game than all the players who changed the game, we’re starting to see why that was important. We’ve already been introduced to a simplified tie-breaker that may force rock draws early, as well as idols hidden at immunity challenges, all before Survivor Game Changers episode 4.
But now, we’re starting to see how the Survivor gameplay dynamics will change even crazier with the introduction of two tribes voting out one castaway, as the Survivor CBS Twitter account has revealed in a tweet for an unrelated sneak peek video.
That sneak peek seems to bury the true lede, here; two tribes will be voting out one player in Survivor Game Changers episode 4. This twist has got to put an undue amount of risk on the biggest, strongest players on each tribe, and will definitely put Mana at a huge disadvantage if they lose tribal immunity since they only have five members compared to the other tribes’ six.
Of course, this puts the hidden immunity idols into a larger perspective, as they can be played with the team in mind more than ever. Sometimes, we’ve seen players try to use hidden idols to get the team numbers strong approaching a merge, but after the vote for Survivor Game Changers episode 4, we’ll still have 16 players left. There will be three more tribal councils left before the merge if Sierra’s legacy advantage is any indication, making any idol play that much more for the team.

If Survivor loves anything, it’s morbid confusion brought on by gameplay elements that thwart well-intended plans that are thrown out the window. Troyzan may become a hero yet if he’s targetted, or we may see a strong player like Ozzy go home early. Who knows what will happen! All we know is that Survivor Game Changers episode 4, “The Tables Have Turned,” airs tomorrow night at 8 p.m. ET.
