Episode 6 Previews for Survivor: Game Changers are Here
What new information can we tease out of two minutes’ worth of footage for next week’s episode of Survivor: Game Changers, “Vote Early, Vote Often?”
Okay, Survivor: Game Changers. You have us here. All of the teases for episode 6, “Vote Early, Vote Often,” have us very much intrigued. Granted, this is Surviving Tribal, but it seems that the ads have fully embraced how fast-paced this season is. How many blindsides have the castaways of Mana and Nuku pulled off already? (Tavua hasn’t had a sit-down with Jeff Probst, and they may not have one.)
Let’s start with the shorter of the two videos CBS has already put out on the official Survivor YouTube channel:
Does that shot about 11 seconds in actually show Exile Island? If so, it may very well be the most gorgeous version of Exile that the show has ever had. Look at all of those rich colors. As for the wording of the visit then promised, it does make it sound like it’s not someone already eliminated from this season. A “former Survivor” could be anyone from Coach Wade to Kim Spradlin, but a good guess would be someone recognizable, one of the big names of Survivor. The shot of the approaching boat seems carefully crafted so as not to give anything anyway.
Now, to the longer of the two:
The aerial shot seems to suggest that a challenge will be there for three tribes to play in. However, all that we hear from Jeff Probst is that a swap of some sort is coming. There’s nothing about Exile mentioned, not in that clip, so presumably it really is an odd-person-out situation, as we suggested in the breakdown of the few photos we have for this episode, all of which show the swap happening. In other words, someone (maybe Jeff Varner, just to make things a bit more dramatic, since he’s last to get his new buff) will draw presumably a Tavua buff, and everyone else will have Mana and Nuku.

Unfortunately, the clip cuts off before we see who falls where. We’ll just have to watch Survivor: Game Changers this week Wednesday, April 5.
