Survivor Winner Bob Crowley Talks Survivor Game Changers With Figgy
The winner of Survivor Gabon, Bob Crowley, met up with Figgy from Survivor Millenials vs. Gen X to talk about the current season, Survivor Game Changers.
The best part about the Survivor community is the familiarity factor. To make it even a week on an island with very little food and water, competing in challenges every few days, build up a shelter and plot against your fellow players takes a toll that just a few hundred people in the world truly know.
Plus, for the most part, the ex-player community loves the show so much, even if their season is still fresh in the mind. It’s how you can get Jessica “Figgy” Figueroa from Millenials vs. Gen X and Bob Crowley from Gabon together on YouTube to talk about the current castaways on Survivor Game Changers.
The two participated in Reality Rally this weekend in Temecula, CA, helping to raise money for Michelle’s Place Breast Cancer Resource Center. That’s how these two players from different walks of life got to know each other, bonded with the common familiarity of Survivor and discussions about the players this season.

The talks are a bit reserved, as both players know some of the current Survivor Game Changers players, but for the most part, they are pretty candid. Bob joked about being brought onto Exile Island to serve as the fake Idol expert, pondered Debbie’s play going forward, Figgy spoke about how Michaela and she became friends after the show and that Sandra Diaz-Twine is, apparently, a couponer!
Another fun tidbit Bob Crowley shared was that Richard Hatch and Sandra Diaz-Twine, in some event for Bob’s hometown, would sit for hours to talk and talk deep into the night. To be a fly on the wall as the Survivor King and Queen discuss life, the universe and everything would truly be a sight to behold.

He may not have been everyone’s favorite winner, but Bob Crowley certainly hasn’t been soured on the Survivor experience one bit after all these years.
