Survivor: Game Changers had another elimination to get through tonight after a big reward.

Day 22 saw Michaela and Cirie further cement their bond, so long as Michaela didn’t say a thing about Cirie’s hand in everything. She spoke to Zeke and Aubry about trying to take out either Brad or Sierra. But Zeke didn’t seem content with letting Andrea and Cirie dictate the pecking order.

Although this may be an individual game, Survivor pulled out a team reward challenge. Two players had to swim wooden fish back to shore. The second two needed to untie them and carry them on a pole to the final two, who needed to solve a puzzle to win.

By the way, Jeff Probst’s description of the reward needs to be heard to be believed. That was downright tempting.

Team Blue: Andrea, Tai, Ozzy, Debbie, Troyzan, Zeke

Team Orange: Sarah, Cirie, Brad, Sierra, Aubry, Michaela

The two teams were pretty even, with Blue with a slight lead into the second portion of the challenge. They lost it to Orange thanks to Andrea and Tai missing a piece for Blue. There were two side-by-side fish puzzles. Even with the lead, it ended up quite close, and Team Blue won the reward of a trip to the Marshalls Lounge, with showers, burgers, and pie awaiting them.

Unsurprisingly, Team Orange did not have a happy time back at camp. Cirie in particular took it hard, and she was in tears.

On the reward, Tai actually went streaking, and then everyone feasted on food. Zeke, though, started talking to Tai and Debbie about plan Andrea. Although he told the truth about Andrea’s planning Debbie’s elimination, Debbie seemed dubious.

But First, More Immunity

Survivor pulled out another famous challenge for the second individual immunity challenge: hold onto a pole with notches in it for your fingers and toes. Probst mentioned at the start of the challenge that Ozzy had never lost in the round.

Within 30 seconds, Cirie dropped out, followed quickly by Brad. Aubry, Debbie, and Zeke joined them next. Sierra fell. Troyzan and Sarah didn’t last much longer.

Within 20 minutes, Michaela, Andrea, Tai, and Ozzy were the last ones left. Michaela finally took herself out of the challenge.

After 40 minutes, no one else had fallen, but Andrea suddenly dropped. At the 1 hour mark, neither Ozzy nor Tai had any major mishaps, but kept moving. Then Ozzy casually said he wouldn’t go fishing if he didn’t win.

It went to 1 hour, 35 minutes. Then things started to happen: Ozzy slid off of the pole. Tai won individual immunity … and gave Ozzy a hug afterward.

Do Hugs Mean That Much?

At camp, Zeke started by talking to Sierra and saying he was “interested in seeing Andrea go home.” But then Sierra went and talked to Cirie, who then informed Andrea and Ozzy.

"Ozzy: “I want [Cirie] on my side.”"

Then they spoke to Sarah about it all.

Meanwhile, Debbie and Sierra hatched a plan to blindside Ozzy. Debbie told Sarah, leaving her in a similar position to Cagayan: in the middle, with a decision to make.

"Sarah: “A line will be drawn in the sand this vote.”"

Hali walked in to sit and observe Tribal Council, as the jury does. Probst opened by asking Ozzy about how the game was going. “Espionage behind every coconut tree” was part of Ozzy’s answer. Sarah made a pretty apt dating metaphor.

Ozzy’s next answer resurrected the old provider argument. Aubry casually mentioned that this season was harder than Kaoh Rong and seemed to back him up. Zeke had some answers as well. The conversation continued, but everyone went to vote.

Then Debbie pulled out her extra vote advantage and used it. It turned out not to matter that much, because Ozzy became the second member of the jury by a vote of 7-4-1-1, with Zeke getting 4 votes, Aubry 1, and Sierra 1.

Things haven’t calmed down for a moment on Survivor: Game Changers, and from the looks of next week’s episode, that won’t change.
