Survivor Game Changers: Each player’s big game-changing moment
Troyzan Robertson – Heroic idol grab in a challenge
I like Troyzan. Sure, he definitely has some problems in Island Management (especially during his time in One World), but he seems to be a great guy overall. We may not have seen that come into play in Survivor Game Changers, especially with his invisible edit throughout the game, but he finished his game with grace and dignity.
There was one moment where Troyzan Robertson stuck out and had he played a better game, it could have launched the beginning of a sure-fire winner’s edit. In week two, he found himself in the exact opposite situation of “Survivor Jackpot,” being the only original Mana player on Tavua. Slipping away from Andrea at the last second (as she was telling her tribe they need to keep an eye on him), he found a clue to a Hidden Immunity Idol.
The twist? He had to snag it at the bottom-right corner of the puzzle section at the Immunity Challenge. You see Troyzan leaning over in this photo above? He was playing like he was exhausted with adrenaline when in reality, he was looking to make a quick snag of the Hidden Immunity Idol in a package.
Luckily for him, nobody saw his heroic effort, making him a minor participant in the eventual Advantagegedon.
