The Survivor season 35, episode 4 photos for ‘I Don’t Like Having Snakes Around’ show two challenges, but little about the tribe swap.
As we enter Survivor season 35, episode 4, it’s time for one of the best moments in every season: that first time that Jeff Probst hits the castaways with “Drop your buffs.” That’s right, we’re getting a tribe swap on “I Don’t Like Having Snakes Around” and it couldn’t come at a more critical time for some.
Obviously the Hustlers could greatly use some things being shaken up. They’re down to four members after voting out Patrick in episode 3. Though their core four remaining is solid, the number game doesn’t work in their favor. Meanwhile, there is brewing tension on both the Healers and Heroes tribes that could be quelled by the swap.
Of course, it would be grand if the Survivor season 35, episode 4 photos gave us some real insight into how the tribe swap plays out. However, that’s not the case. What we do see is when it takes place in addition to getting some insight into a change in format with two challenges on the docket.
The photos are scarce, but let’s take a look at the key images from the few available.
This is obviously taken before the tribe swap as the players all stand with their original tribes. What’s more, you’ll see in the forthcoming photos that this is happening before the reward challenge.
Here we have a look at the Heroes tribe taking their new buffs, obviously before opening them and revealing their new tribes. I’m not sure why Chrissy looks so stoked about this, but she most certainly does.
There’s much less excitement on the Healers tribe about this swap, as you can see by the concerned look on all of their faces while they unwrap their new buffs. But alas, still no real look into where any of them will be heading following the swap.
As for the reward challenge itself, they’re playing for peanut butter and jelly. As we’re entering double-digit days out in Fiji, this is a huge reward for whoever wins it. That’s protein, carbs and tastiness, which all go a long way in the game.
As for the reward challenge itself, it appears that each tribe will have to untangle these ropes that are tightly knotted up at the start of the course, assumedly to then run something over the ropes.
We also have what appears to be puzzle pieces sitting here, but where and how they’ll have to construct it remains to be seen at this point.
Here’s the real interesting tidbit from the photos. For the first time in Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, we’ll get split Reward and Immunity Challenges. From what we see with this look at the Immunity Challenge, it appears the players will have to slide something along that track.
