39 days. 18 people. One Survivor. Many players tried so hard and got so far, but in the end, it doesn’t even matter for 13 of the players, as the Survivor season 35 finale will bring us two hours of action from the Final 5.

Many possibilities are available for each of the Final 5 to win, as broken down in our winner chances post. Ben seems to be the frontrunner in the jury’s eyes, but if he doesn’t make it there, who would Devon want to sit beside? How can Mike convince others he’s the right wildcard to bring? Plus, will Ryan finally eat a sandwich?

From an edgic standpoint, it looks like Devon might be in the best position to win, as we’ve started to see him flourish and make a cutthroat move in order to further himself in the game. Chrissy’s underdog edit has resurfaced for the first time since the merge, making her a capable follow-up. Finally, Ben’s flourish as of late has caused quite a stir among jury voters, making him a rootable character that may fall just short at the end.

When all is said and done, Survivor season 35 has been a very shaky, uneven season. We saw a lot of passive play in the early stages, and it took removing the quietest player from the game to pick things up in the final third.
