Melissa Rivers

When it comes to Celebrity Survivor, you’re going to need to cast with players that can cause drama with their style of play. As much as you’d like to see a regular season of the show complete with the regular expected 15 twists a season, having a player such as Melissa Rivers, who has a history of judging others’ appearance as part of the Fashion Police, would certainly bring high-octane drama.

Not only has she appeared on reality television competition programs before (including a particularly eventful Celebrity Apprentice where she hurled insults at other contestants), but she’s familiar with the kind of players that would likely participate on the season. That would give her the right ammunition to fuel her pointed confessionals, some of which would surely draw in a crowd looking for those kinds of comments.

Beyond the “drama,” Melissa is still her mother’s daughter, so you can be sure that she can work the puzzles and work people over on alliances if push came to shove. For her to win, she can’t be like she was on that other Mark Burnett show.
