With the first official vote of Survivor: David vs. Goliath in the books, we’re in for an entertaining season of the show. We have a David tribe that knows the boundaries and lines in the sand, while the Goliath is still enjoying fun in the sun and being beautiful, strong, hilarious people with very few problems and a bunch of people sitting on their hands.
Natalie Cole seems to be the consensus target, but things aren’t always as they seem. Jeremy seems to be blowing up her spot, and Dan Rengering has an idol. We really don’t know how the tribe feels like voting without a vote, and we don’t know how the alliances will turn out because of that. There’s a lot up in the air for the early game, and we could see it pop off tonight.
Meanwhile, Carl, Bi and Davie are on the opposite side of the David tribe vote and have to start over from square one. There might not be much any of them can do under their circumstances, as they need either a Hidden Immunity Idol play to go correctly or convince Christian and Nick to flip back over. Both aren’t slam dunks, and the Davids would prefer not to go back to Tribal Council again.
