Survivor David vs. Goliath power rankings: Episode 6 flips the power

With two Goliaths going home in back to back episodes, where does that leave the Survivor: David vs. Goliath episode 6 power rankings before the merge?

14. Alec Merlino

There are multiple factors that make me think Alec is going to be the final pre-merge boot. For starters, the tribe is deciding whether or not to vote out him or Kara. Second, the upcoming Immunity Challenge won’t require an individual performance to carry the team. Third, the promo for the upcoming episode sees Davie and Elizabeth get into an argument about something.

I think that argument is about whether Alec or Kara should be eliminated. Elizabeth said in the previous episode that Alec relies more on her, and she might think that it would be stupid to let Kara get to the merge. Also, to our knowledge, Alec is still banned from the Survivor: David vs. Goliath reunion.

13. Kara Kay

On the flipside, it could be Kara that goes home if Vuku goes to Tribal Council. Remember, this isn’t our edgic piece; we’re looking at who is in the toughest position at this time in the game. Kara’s connection (in and out of the game) with Alec means she’s at risk of being eliminated, and the Davids have chipped away at the Goliath majority to break even to this point.
