6. Christian Hubicki

Normally, I’d put Christian Hubicki near the top of the Survivor: David vs. Goliath merge power rankings. However, he has had his name floated out in the “Next Time On” preview as the person to vote out, and Alec is the one going to him as the double secret probation agent to work with for the merge out of nowhere.

With Alec bringing information to Christian that might compromise his Brochacho alliance, that could suddenly put the Goliath in bloom in a vulnerable position. If everyone equally knows he’s a likable, approachable, strategic guy, you know that he’s going to beat you in the end if he makes it to the Final Tribal Council.

He could also find himself in that Ryan Ulrich early narrator role; dominating screentime in the pre-merge before settling into the background as a bit player that gets his quips in at Tribal Council. We do know he has a confessional reacting to brand new information, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s him learning about one of Dan’s idols.

I’m not leaning one way or the other on this one, as there’s definitely uncertainty in this brutal, no-holds-barred, entertaining season so far.
