When you become the primary vote target of a starting tribe for the second and third votes of a ten-vote jury phase, it becomes extremely unlikely for that player to survive until the end of the game. Despite the Davids working to keep Christian safe in the last two episodes, there will be a time when it becomes detrimental for anyone else to keep him in the game.

He still has a bit of time before the Davids have a safe numbers advantage, so right now Christian is in a great spot. He has Gabby and Nick, two power players in the game, still keeping his best interests in mind. He has perhaps the strongest win equity of anyone in Survivor: David vs. Goliath if he makes it to the end, as the Goliaths have it in their head that he should win.

Something else that’s going for him is his ability to beast out the endgame puzzles. He’s proven to be one of the best puzzle-solvers, although any other challenge has proven to be tough for him. He has a Hidden Immunity Idol, and it would likely require both Nick and Gabby to blindside him and pull it off.

Christian will likely make it past the Survivor: David vs. Goliath double episode coming up this week.
