36. Fiji (Season 14)

Whoever thought of the notion of the “haves” and “have-nots” that was used as the twist in Survivor: Fiji should have been fired on the spot after the season aired. Who could have predicted that the tribe that’s given luxuries and the ability to eat regularly would have a distinct advantage over a tribe basically left the elements and the bare remnants of camping supplies when it came to challenges? Oh, that’s right—literally, anyone who took the time to think about it for more than two seconds.

For all of Fiji’s flaws, it did give us one of the most villainous moments in the show’s history. Yau-Man promising Dreamz the truck in exchange for Immunity if he were to win it in the Final 4 was a bold move on his part and one that required immense trust. And at that moment, I bet Dreamz meant his promise. But when the pressure came as he had the necklace on, he wouldn’t give it up, and Yau-Man was sent home as the final boot before Final Tribal Council. Naturally, Dreamz didn’t stand a chance after that.
