Survivor Edge of Extinction episode 11 promo: O.K. Corral
With few targets left in the game, the Survivor: Edge of Extinction episode 11 promo shows the movers and shakers team up (or so it seems).
This promo for Survivor: Edge of Extinction episode 11, “Fasten Your Seatbelts,” shows portions of next week’s show as it will air.
The nature of the season’s theme, the schedule and the editing have made Survivor: Edge of Extinction feel like it’s rushing (not dragging) through the game. The pre-merge was dragging by comparison, with players focused on whether or not to eat chickens or whether Manu 1.0 would ever win a challenge. Comparatively, the post-merge has been a blur of gameplay, strategy, challenges and high-strung emotions.
It feels like we can’t even rest here at the Final Eight, as the episode 11 promo insists that two warring factions will be facing off against one another at this crucial portion of the game. Unsurprisingly, it is Wardog who’s taking charge, bringing in Rick Devens and Ron Clark together to create a three-person brain trust.
The thing about making a trio when there are eight players left in the game is that you don’t have enough of the numbers to emphatically stay safe. That’s why we also see the other side of the coin, as even though Rick sees his power trio as the only ones playing the game, Julie is off with Gavin, Victoria and Lauren in trying to mix things up in the game.
We’ve heard it before that people will not go to rocks for Wardog, so it will be interesting to see Aurora’s place in this possible tie vote scenario. Clearly, she trusts Ron considering she just gifted him an extra vote to hold onto just in case she was voted out the last episode, but if he gives the advantage back, she could use it to vote him or his new ally out.
There are a ton of scenarios that can happen between the players and the “goats” next week. The craziest part yet is that we haven’t even reached the loved ones’ visit yet.
