11. Karishma Patel
Karishma found herself in the middle of two sides, though she inevitably sided with the women in voting out Ronnie. That may hint at her flexibility in the game as the tribes inch closer to a swap, but for now, she’s in the middle of a women’s alliance that seems poised to have legs down the line. That’s a positive skill if she doesn’t get that tag from other players early.
10. Elaine Stott
The premiere was basically the Elaine Stott show. She endeared herself to the audience while earning her keep in this game. She found herself on the outs then quickly in a power position based on the women in her tribe. She also did act like she was going home when she didn’t receive a vote, so maybe her position is better than her game right now.
9. Janet Carbin
Despite having an inherent fear of becoming an easy first boot, Janet established her worth for the Vokai tribe. She made fire on Day 1 and stepped up at a pivotal portion of the Immunity Challenge with her hook toss. Her skills as a career lifeguard are coming through in Survivor, and with a water-based Immunity Challenge ahead, she can shine once again.
