3. Missy Byrd

Easily the most decently dope player on the Lairo tribe, in the short amount of time focused on her tribe this past episode, Missy still came out strong. She reiterated the strength of the women’s alliance while approaching Aaron alone in hopes of retaining his trust going forward. Though he still seems to be on “burn the earth to the ground,” the fact that she can approach someone in that state of mind alone shows how well she can have a one-on-one with anyone.

2. Chelsea Walker

While Missy is decently dope, Chelsea might be all the way there. The tribe seemingly spent a whole day incapable of making a fire to the point where she was throwing out barbs to Tom and Aaron. As soon as they turned it around on her, she made a fire for the tribe within seconds, establishing that “girls” is the answer to the question, “Who run the world?”

Oh yeah, she also stumbled upon a Hidden Immunity Idol when gathering wood. She’s well-positioned, she’s thriving in a survival situation, and she has advantages in the game. What can’t Chelsea Walker do?

1. Kellee Kim

Unless it’s done ironically, I abhor stan culture. The level of obsession people have with reality television characters as fantasy depictions over their real-life self can become obnoxious and even toxic, especially when it comes to attacking fans of other characters on a TV show like Survivor.

I preface because I have to say that Kellee has fundamentally changed the game of Survivor by coming back from an Island of the Idols challenge with an idol wrapped into her hair bun. Sure, it was an easy challenge, but to establish trust with her tribe, orchestrate a major blindside and come back looking like she lost it all when she truly gained power shows there’s more to Kellee’s game in the long term.

Plus, she can remain safe for two more tribals she attends thanks to her idol.
