After a week filled with Lairo snaps, the Survivor: Island of the Idols episode 4 press photos decidedly bring back the focus onto the Vokai camp life.
This post will display Survivor: Island of the Idols episode 4 press photos showing the castaways at camp as well as the Immunity Challenge.
For whatever reason, the preponderance of press photos from this week’s episode came after the show aired, meaning that the majority of Vokai tribe castaways’ photos were omitted. Though it seems like the majority of castaways on both tribes have fair photo representation this week, it seems as though group shots have been decidedly Vokai oriented.
CBS has released the Survivor: Island of the Idols episode 4 press photos, and we’re glad to see the weather has been behaving during the tail end of this year’s Fijian cyclone season. There are a lot of bright, sunny faces heading into the second full week of island survival, as some are starting to branch off into more adventurous camp life activities.
It looks like seven of Vokai’s remaining nine went out fishing, although it seems like just one small fish was caught by Tommy. Both Jamal and Jason aren’t seen in the shot, meaning either of them could be the one to visit Island of the Idols.
Though it seems like the Lairo women are running the world over at their camp, the Vokai women seem to be getting very well together, as well. They might be down in numbers right now, but if it comes down to Jamal and Noura, it might be in the women’s best interest to get Jamal out.
This group of four seemed to be crucial to the Molly blindside, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this wasn’t a conversation had to find a target and strategize on who to vote out. Throughout all strategic conversations, no matter the group, it seems to run through Tommy at this point.
With a puny sit-out bench ready, Jeff Probst instructs the tribes that somebody needs to be a baller (a shot caller) and stand on a big ol’ perch and yell instructions to their tribe. That’s right; it’s the blindfold challenge!
Elizabeth will be the one calling the shots for Lairo, instructing somebody offscreen while Tom, Elaine, and Aaron wait behind. It would be in their best interest if any of those three had to solve a puzzle, even blindfolded, over Dean and Karishma!
It looks like Vokai is going to take the shotgun approach to this blindfolded navigational Survivor challenge, with Tommy and Jack taking the lead while others get hung up on the boundary rope. CBS is intentionally vague with the rest of the challenge, but it seems to be in the spirit of a classic!
