8. Wendell Holand

You say “ex-boyfriend,” I say “we used to kick it;” no matter how you dice it, there’s an ongoing storyline developing through Wendell and Michele’s relationship. While Michele and Parvati have a budding friendship that communicates over the outcome of their time together, all we see from Wendell is a negative connotation.

Now that we’re heading into a tumultuous time in the game, Wendell’s hesitation in mending fences might put him in the crosshairs down the line, even if the tribe dynamics are in his favor now.

7. Michele Fitzgerald

On the flip side, though logic dictates that Michele or Parvati would likely go home on Sele, I can’t help but feel like the edit is protecting Michele too much. Perhaps she’s the shocking, sad boot right at (in this case, before) the merge a la Stephanie Johnson in Survivor: Ghost Island, but I sense that Michele will come out on the other side of this skirmish with Wendell.

Who knows; perhaps they’ll mend fences?

6. Sarah Lacina

For the rest of these power rankings, each one of these players has an advantage that should, theoretically, protect them from being voted out. We saw Sarah Lacina’s hesitation to use her Steal a Vote in last week’s episode, but with just four players on Yara (two each from the original tribes), it wouldn’t make sense for Sarah not to use her power here and guarantee either Ben or Adam be voted out of the game.
