Boston’s Robs biggest moves on Survivor – Number 2: Blindsiding Matt… twice

At their second tribal council, Ometepe had a clear alliance of six, consisting of Rob, Grant, Matt, Andrea, Ashley, and Natalie while leaving Kristina and Phillip on the outs. Well, Matt and Andrea were getting too close for Rob’s taste, but Kristina had the Hidden Immunity Idol, so Rob had to try to flush it out while also breaking up that pair.

It played out perfectly, as Matt went to Redemption Island while Kristina played her idol and essentially wasted it. Unfortunately for Rob, Matt won the next seven duels and eventually won his way back into the game.

Matt re-entering the game gave him a lot of power because he had the opportunity to pick which side he wanted to work with and that made him a huge threat in Rob’s eyes. It got worse when Matt admitted to Rob that he was considering working with the Zapateras previously.

So – He had to go… again.

Matt was blindsided for a second time and sent to Redemption Island yet again in what was an absolute brilliant move by Rob and probably his best of all-time.

So, if that’s the best move of all-time for Boston Rob, what is number one then?
