Most Lopsided Tribe Switches in Survivor – Number 5: David vs Goliath

On Day 10, the David and Goliath tribes were hit with the tribe switch news and learned that they’d be expanding from two tribes into three tribes. Each person took a covered buff and when they revealed, the three new tribes were formed (with poor Carl going to Exile Island due to not having a buff).

The loser out of this swap was the Jabeni tribe, who consisted of Angelina, Lyrsa, Mike, Natalie, and Nick while the other two tribes had all of the athletic men and athletic women. Tiva had both Dan and John, two of the strongest guys on the season, while Vuku had the strong women.

The reason Jabeni is fifth on the list is because they won three challenges during their time together, one immunity challenge and two reward challenges. They lost the next two immunity challenges and voted off Natalie and Lyrsa as a result.

While this tribe was under matched, they did have some memorable characters and the “Natalie, can I have your jacket?” moment from Angelina came from a Jabeni tribal council.

Also, three members of Jabeni ended up as the final three of David vs Goliath, so clearly they weren’t a bad tribe, but they were definitely lopsided compared to that of Tiva and Vuku.
