Most Invisible Survivor Contestants – – Number 9: Kelly, Samoa (8)

Remember Kelly Sharbaugh and all of those things she did on Survivor: Samoa? Well, it’s more like one thing and it wasn’t even something she did, but rather what someone else did. Kelly’s Survivor legacy is that she was idoled out of the game by Russell and the Foa Foa alliance. That’s it. That’s all she’s remembered for and even that seems generous.

Kelly had just eight confessionals during her nine episodes on Samoa with three of those coming in her final episode, giving her five through eight episodes. She was on the Galu tribe, who dominated the pre-merge portion of the game, and typically the winning tribe doesn’t get as much attention because they’re not going to tribal council. Honestly, you could probably put anyone from Galu on this list minus Shambo and Russell Swan and I wouldn’t argue with you.

When we did see Kelly, she was usually with Monica and Laura, plotting ways to get Shambo out of the game. But, that was pretty limited. Considering Kelly was a part of the biggest blindside of the season, you’d think Survivor could have given her more screen time, but she was just another member of the Russell show.
