Most Invisible Survivor Contestants – – Number 21: Becky, Cook Islands (15)

Survivor has always had a tough time editing women and Becky Lee is proof of that. She made it to the final three in Cook Islands but had just 15 confessionals for the entire season and whenever we saw her on-screen, it was with Yul where he was doing most of the talking. She was very much appearing as a backseat player and looked like the definition of a goat.

In fact, Yul and Ozzy — the other two finalists — both had over 40 confessionals. Why didn’t Becky come close to that number? She made it to the end too but was largely ignored during the season. She was clearly a smart player and I wish we had gotten to see more from her.

Becky coming in third place and getting as little screen time as she did (despite at one time being on a tribe of only four people) was disappointing, but it’s not the first time Survivor has completely ignored a female finalist. This is something they need to work on big time.
