28. Natalie Anderson (San Juan Del Sur, Winners at War)

Natalie Anderson played one of the best games Survivor has ever seen and she did it in a complex season that pitted loved ones against each other. Natalie’s sister was the first person voted out of San Juan Del Sur and she used that as motivation along the way.

Natalie had several huge moves, including taking control of the Alec/Keith vote where it was supposed to be Keith going home, but she switched her vote to Alec and then played stupid when the rest of her alliance was shocked. Natalie wanted Alec gone, so she took charge.

She also was behind both the Jon blindside and Baylor blindside (“Jaclyn, did you vote for who I told you to vote for?”). She was able to cut people’s throats when she needed to and that led to one of the most dominant wins we’ve ever seen. She was the first boot on Winners at War, but won her way back in and made it to the final tribal council, finishing as the season’s runner-up.

27. Wendell Holland (Ghost Island, Winners at War)

Wendell Holland got a raw deal on Winners at War, especially after how good of a game he played in Ghost Island. He won his way to the end by making fire over Angela and was able to give a good enough performance at the final tribal council that he actually swayed people who were planning on voting for Dom, which would have given Dom the win.

Wendell was smart in his initial season, bonding with people and making the decision to align with Dom from the jump. The two controlled the game and Wendell proved to be superior when it was all said and done.
