Survivor Season 41: CBS teases the monster is hungry

Well Survivor fans, it looks like Jeff Probst and the gang are at it again. They just want to keep teasing the hell out of us, don’t they? Just when the new season is creeping out of your mind Mr. Probst does this to us.

CBS on its social media accounts posted a teaser of the upcoming Survivor Season 41 and calling it the monster is hungry. What could this mean?

The monster is hungry…..WHAT!!!

Ok, I must admit, the first thing that comes to my mind is what does this mean? The monster is hungry? My mind is now going several hundred miles per hour.

From that teaser, it sounds like they could be changing things up. I have no clue what all that would entail, but it could be the direction they are going in.

They mentioned “this is a new game” and “this season is the most different ever.” Even though I am an old-school Survivor fan, if they were going to switch things up and get creative, this would be the right time to do it.

They already have cut down the number of days from 39 days to 26 days, so something has to give.

As a long-time diehard Survivor fan, after seeing this teaser I must now prepare myself for perhaps a Survivor that I am not accustomed to watching.

What will change? Gameplay, strategy, challenges, or all the above?

The game of Survivor is outwit, outlast and outplay. Let’s hope that whatever is in store, that is doesn’t change the game too much, and let us also hope that CBS doesn’t  dictate the outcome.

And as always I can’t wait to hear those beautiful words from Mr. Probst “The Tribe Has Spoken.”
