The preview for this week’s episode of Survivor Season 41 is very different from everything we’ve seen thus far. That’s because the focus is firmly on the merge. This merge will apparently be very different from anything we’ve seen before, but it’s tough to actually take anything from the preview.

That said, it is interesting that we see Erika Casupanan pop up in the preview. Like Heather Aldret, she’s essentially had zero screen time all season. Her showing up here could signify that she might be in trouble. We’ve seen that before. A player gets no screen time until it’s their time to go.

What to expect from Survivor 41 episode 6

However, we think it’s more likely that this episode is just heavily focused on the former members of the Luvu tribe. They haven’t had to draw any lines between themselves with a vote, so both their strategy and reliability are definitely up in the air. Erika could become a key cog in an alliance if she’s the person in the middle that’s threatening to flip on her old tribe.

We also hear from both Evvie Jagoda and Deshawn Radden. Both players look to be in a great place heading into the merge, but it’s impossible to know exactly how things will shake out. There’s also the unknown of what this merge will actually entail that makes something like our Survivor Season 41 power rankings feel increasingly tenuous.

Either way, this is sure to be yet another exciting Survivor episode. With cast members, twists, and advantages all coming to a head, this merge should explode with high-octane gameplay. We just hope everyone leaves Naseer Muttalif alone so he can continue to bring unbridled joy to our television screens each week.
