5. Sam Phalen

Since the early post-merge vote eliminating Sam's ally, Sierra Wright, Sam has been on the outside looking in. As the numbers dwindle, his chances improve. He's done a good job lying low and building up some new allies. He hasn't been rocking the boat at all.

Sam appears to be the next biggest physical threat with Kyle gone, but he hasn't had much success in challenges. He could win immunity, but it is doubtful he can win that necklace multiple times. If he wins the next one, he might become public enemy number one for the next vote.

As of now, he has a decent late-game working alliance with Rachel and Teeny. None will hold to it if it becomes detrimental to their own agendas. Still, that alliance could hold for at least one more vote as there is a bigger perceived threat to focus on in Genevieve.

4. Caroline Vidmar

Caroline might be the most dangerous player left in the game. She hasn't made any big moves other than deflecting votes from Gabe post-merge. What makes her a threat is that she seems aware that she doesn't have a very robust resume and probably doesn't have many allies on the jury.

She still has time to make a big impression, though it's unclear what it might be. Her game probably hasn't unfolded as she might have envisioned. She's been in a power alliance almost since the beginning of the game and hasn't had to play all that hard. Early on, it seemed as if she might be one of the stronger strategic players, but those skills just haven't come into play.

She's dangerous because she knows she needs to make a big move, and she doesn't have much time left. She could be the next one out, or she can scrap her way into The Final Three. The next vote or two will determine her fate in the game.
