Survivor season 35 episode 13 synopsis shifts towards the finale
By Jacob Rausch
Following a memorable tribal council, the Survivor episode 13 synopsis puts more emphasis on the nail biting ending of season 35.
The tribal council in episode 12 of Survivor Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers was one of the craziest ever. The events included a half-idol thrown into the fire, an unused extra vote, and lots of chatter minutes before voting. This season included rumors of an all-time great finish, and it is certainly beginning to deliver.
The “Next Time on” preview provided alternatives to Ben, the obvious number one threat. Because these alternatives were presented, this actually increases the chances of Ben going home. If the preview had focused on everyone wanting Ben out, it would be too obvious for him to go home.
Next week the finale six will get ready for the finale, as stated in the Survivor season 35 episode 12 synopsis on the CBS Entertainment press site. Here is the full description of “The Survivor Devil.”
"“The Survivor Devil” – Castaways battle to win individual immunity and earn a spot in the final five, on SURVIVOR, Wednesday, Dec. 13 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network."

The synopsis is not very descriptive, but this could set up an eventful episode. Is is a fitting episode title for this season because of all of the conflict between the remaining castaways. It has the feel of a more strategic Gabon.
Ryan, a self-admitted weasel, could very well be the devil referred to in the episode title. After the tragic exit of Lauren Rimmer, no advantages are currently in the game, so it would not be surprising if another idol is back in play. It would actually be more of a revelation if another idol is not discovered.
