15. Carl Boudreaux

If Carl isn’t going down without a fight, he might not be able to leverage his ability to keep the David tribe strong. As Christian noted, the needs of the tribe only go as far as the tribe exists in its current form.

Carl’s strength might become a weapon against the majority of the David tribe if he makes it to a swap and works to undermine the nerd alliance, and that might be enough to vote him out at this point of the game. By not merging at 18, they’re already “overdue” for a tribe swap in modern Survivor standards.

14. Kara Kay

While Kara submits herself as one of the more astute players, wanting to work with the women and use Dan as a shield, it’s still clear to most on the tribe that the two are voting in unison. The showmance factor is still enough to derail the plans of the covenant, and even if the plan is to split votes with Dan as the main target, his Hidden Immunity Idol known only by those not close to him would mean mitigating

13. Alec Merlino

You still need to factor the fact that he broke his NDA, but his almost complete lack of appearance in the game suggests he’s going to have a purple edit until he’s out of the game. That makes it hard to pick when he leaves, but being closest to Jeremy (the Goliath target’s target) puts him lower in the tribe dynamics than you’d like.
