Survivor Edge of Extinction: Ranking the top five Tribal Councils

1) The liveliest Tribal Council in Survivor history

Now we come to the best Tribal Council of the season, thanks to it being the “liveliest” one ever. What made this Tribal Council so entertaining was how natural it was. There wasn’t a joint Tribal Council twist or a billion idols and advantages played, it was pure, Survivor greatness!

It all began the Tribal Council prior, where the young Kama crew blindsided not only Eric, but Ron and Julie in the process. The next day, Ron lost faith in his Kama alliance and was paranoid that he was next. Julie was close to Ron, and was very panicked and emotional that entire day.

As a result, the young Kama crew: Victoria, Julia, Gavin, and Aurora were forced to spend that day consoling Julie instead of communicating with the Lesu members to come up with a voting plan. That led to confusion at Tribal Council, as none of the Lesu members received a final word from the Kama majority. From David’s poop analogy to Julia and Wardog calling each other out, and Devens jumping on Aurora’s revealing comments, this Tribal Council was lit even before it took off.

And then, the whispering began. In the end, a group consensus formed, sending Julia home, which continued the fall of Kama.

This might not have been the most strategic or showy vote, but the social dynamics of these castaways created a Tribal Council that Survivor has never seen before and has to be at the top of this list.
