Survivor: Island of the Idols players’ Twitter, Instagram accounts revealed

Though not everybody’s involved with both major public social media sites, most of the Survivor: Island of the Idols have Twitter and Instagram now.

If there’s one noticeable trend when it comes toSurvivor: Island of the Idolscastaways, it’s that they’re taking social media mandatesfairly seriously.Unlike someone on an odd-numbered season who could have faced seven-digit consequencesfor their brazen Instagram behavior, these players are going out of their way not to even follow most one another.

More importantly, some members of the season 39 crew have only made Twitter or Instagram accounts in the week of orprior to theSurvivor: Island of the Idolspremiere,although most had been on Instagram for a while. Unlike past seasons, there are no complete social media holdouts; not even Tom Laidlaw, who’s the only player in their 60s this season.
