Worst Twists in Survivor History – Number 5: Outcasts

For the most part, Survivor: Pearl Islands is a near perfect season. The one big knock on it is the Outcasts twist, which allowed the six contestants previously voted off to have a chance to get back in the game.
In order to do so, the Outcasts would compete against the Drake and Morgan tribes in a challenge. If the Outcasts won said challenge, they’d get to vote two people back into the game while Drake and Morgan would each lose a player. If they lost, they’d still get to vote someone back in, but only one player.
The Outcasts won the challenge, allowing Lillian Morris and Burton Roberts to re-enter the game.
While Lil and Burton did add a lot to the post merge of Pearl Islands, the concept of them re-entering the game is unfair. Once you’re voted out of the game, you should be done playing Survivor.
