4 Survivor players who have played the most days

These beloved Survivor icons have played the game for more days than anyone else in the show's long history.

Since Survivor premiered in the year 2000, hundreds of people have competed on the iconic reality show. Many of those people have done amazing things outside the show. For example, Survivor: Vanuatu's Julie Berry became a Guinness World Record holder after traveling to all seven continents faster than anyone else ever had.

Of course, Survivor fans are more interested in what the show's players have done inside the game. For example, Parvati Shallow's argument for why she is the best player ever is compelling after she became a two-time winner, thanks to being Australian Survivor: Australia v The World's Sole Survivor. Another fascinating accomplishment that Survivor fans are interested in is which players have competed in the game for the most combined days.

4. Cirie Fields - 121 days

Cirie Fields, pictured here during season 16 “SURVIVOR: MICRONESIA” will return to compete on the milestone Season 50 of SURVIVOR, premiering Spring 2026 on CBS and Paramount+. Circie previously appears on seasons 12 (PANAMA-EXILE ISLAND), 16 (MICRONESIA – FANS VS. FAVORITES), 20 (HEROES VS. VILLAINS), and 34 (GAME CHANGERS). Since ranking this list is based on adding up the total number of days Survivor's most accomplished players competed for, it may seem like this should be simple. However, people familiar with Jeff Probst's reality show should know that the show was rarely as simple as it may seem, and that certainly applies to this list.

Between Survivor: Panama, Survivor: Micronesia, Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, and Survivor: Game Changers, Cirie played for a combined 121 days. That means that only counting the American Survivor seasons that have aired to date, she takes up the fourth spot on this list. However, Cirie also competed during Australian Survivor: Australia v The World for 15 days, so that number would rise to 136 if international versions of the show count. On top of that, since Cirie competed during Survivor 50, as much as another 26 days could be added to her tally once that season airs. Still, only counting American Survivor seasons that have aired to date, Cirie is in the fourth spot.

3. Ozzy Lusth - 128 Days

Between Survivor: Cook Islands, Survivor: Micronesia, Survivor: South Pacific, and Survivor: Game Changers, Ozzy Lusth competed for a total of 128 days. However, similar to Cirie, a full depiction of Ozzy's Survivor history shows that his count also isn't that simple. For example, during Survivor: South Pacific, Ozzy was voted out twice and spent days on Redemption Island before he was eliminated from the game and joined the journey. All of Ozzy's days on Redemption Island are included in his tally, even though he arguably wasn't in the main game at that time.

Just like Cirie, Ozzy also is a part of Survivor 50's cast. As a result, he already could have played as many as an additional 26 days. As a result, Ozzy might have played Survivor for a total of 154 days, and fans just don't know it yet. What is clear is that, based on the American seasons that have aired to date, Ozzy is in third place on this list.

2. Parvati Shallow - 149 Days

During Survivor: Cook Islands, Survivor: Micronesia, Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, and Survivor: Winners at War, Parvati Shallow played for a total of 149 days. That number makes Parvati take up the second spot on this list, based on her American Survivor history. However, at this point in this article, it probably shouldn't surprise anyone that things are more complicated than that.

Parvati also competed in Australian Survivor: Australia v The World and became the Sole Survivor for a second time during that season. Since that was a truncated season, Parvati only competed on that show for a total of 16 days. However, if those 16 days were added to her tally, that would make Parvati surpass the person who tops this list.

1. "Boston" Rob Mariano - 152 Days

Arguably the most famous Survivor player in the show's history, when many fans think of Survivor, it is either Jeff Probst or Boston Rob Mariano who come to mind. As a result, it feels fitting that Boston Rob tops this list, at least for now. During Survivor: Marquesas, Survivor: All-Stars, Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, Survivor: Redemption Island, and Survivor: Winners at War, Rob played for a total of 152 days.

At this point, you are probably expecting things not to be that simple. Well, picking up on that makes sense, but in this case, the number of days Rob has played Survivor is that straightforward. The only thing to note is that during Survivor: Island of the Idols, Rob spent days involved in the game as a mentor, which involved living on a beach. However, since Rob wasn't actually playing the game during that time span, that really has nothing to do with this list.
