Survivor 46 started slow with the Yanu tribe struggling to win immunity for most of the season before the merge. With the merge happening in episode 6 and a relatively safe vote, things are about to get very interesting and intense during episode 7, titled "Episode Several," strangely.

Heading into the episode, there are 12 castaways left competing for the $1 million prize and title of Sole Survivor, but there's a big twist coming in tonight's episode.

What time is tonight's new episode?

Survivor 46, episode 7 airs on Wednesday, April 10, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+. The episode is another 90-minute episode. We have 90-minute episodes for the next five episodes before the three-hour season finale on May 22.

This season is just starting to heat up! Here's the synopsis for tonight's episode, via CBS:

"A rogue vote at the last tribal council launches a blame game throughout camp. Players must keep their balance to keep their game alive and win immunity. Then, castaways must decide between past loyalties and future strategies in one of the most important tribal councils of the season. "

Q is in trouble

Things have been interesting for Q Burdette on Survivor so far. He's the most physically dominant player on one of the worst tribes in Survivor history, but right before the merge, Q started to make some big moves. On his journey with Tim and Hunter, Q tried to bring together an alliance of the three strongest competitors in the game. They'd each pull in one other person to give them an alliance of six people to control the game after the merge.

At the beginning of the Next Time on Survivor preview that aired after episode 6, the focus is on Q. It appears that Tiffany says, "This isn't the Q show." Then, it cuts to Kenzie and Tiffany talking, and Tiffany says, "That ain't gonna work for us." Yikes.

Assuming that there's not some creative editing going on, it's not good for Q that his two biggest allies in Tiffany and Kenzie are talking that way about him. I don't think Q is in trouble on tonight's episode, but it's so clear that he is playing too hard. He thought he had a strong alliance of six after the merge to control the game, but he's obviously putting himself out there way too early. With his physical attributes, he's a huge threat in the game, but socially, he's making his bed.

Two people will be eliminated in tonight's episode

The most important part of the preview is that reveal that two people are going home in tonight's episode. It appears that we're going to get the first real individual immunity challenge. It's unclear if there will be two groups competing and the winner of each group will be safe or if it will be guys vs. guys and girls vs. girls, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Any way you slice it, two people will be going home and it's causing chaos back at camp! We see the most intense clip of the season so far. In succession, we see Tevin teasing a blindside tonight. Ben says, "I'm screwed. Q tells Kenzie that, "He's f***ed up," referring to someone else. Then, Charlie ends the clip with an amazing quote, "We are ready to go at each other's throats."

Finally, Survivor 46 is about to get wild, and I can't wait to see what happens! Remember to also check out the sneak peek featuring Venus and Soda from tonight's episode, too!
