Survivor 49 is less than one month away, and fans of the hit reality series already think they know who the Survivor 49 winner will be.

We've known about this twist since Inside Survivor revealed the Survivor 50 tribes. Now, the theory is finally gathering steam now that the Survivor 49 cast has officially been revealed.
As you know, two players from Survivor 49 were picked to play Survivor 50. Jeff Probst recently teased that the new players knew that a spot or two was on the line in addition to the $1 million prize. While Survivor has not officially announced which players from season 49 will make the Survivor 50 cast, scoopers have revealed that those two players are Rizo Velovic and Savannah Louie.
So, will either of those players win Survivor 49?
Fans think Savannah Louie is the Survivor 49 winner
According to the many Reddit comments about this season and a potential, fans are absolutely convinced that Savannah Louie is the Survivor 49 winner, and it's all about the reported Survivor 50 tribe lists. The theory doesn't have anything to do with gameplay on Survivor 49.
So, as you know, Kyle Fraser and Dee Valladares are the two former Survivor winners competing on Survivor 50. According to Inside Survivor, they start the game on different tribes. Now, here's where it gets interesting. Rizo reportedly starts the game on Kyle's tribe, while Savannah begins the game on the tribe with no other winners. The theory is that Savannah wins Survivor 49 and is separated from Kyle and Dee to start Survivor 50.
We won't find out who actually wins Survivor 49 until the season finale airs on CBS and Paramount+ in December, but it's definitely an interesting theory that's not crystal clear yet.
We're banking on these Survivor 50 tribes lists to be accurate. If they aren't accurate, well, then the theory basically has no legs. Sure, Savannah and Rizo have better odds of being included in Survivor 50 if they win Survivor 49, but there are way more non-winners on the Survivor 50 cast than there are winners.
The other part of this that we have to consider is more of a question. Would CBS risk spoiling Survivor 49 with such a structured tribe split to start Survivor 50? It makes sense, if you have three winners playing, to split them evenly across the three starting tribes.
We all know that the Survivor cast lists leak months before the official release. Including a non-winner from Survivor 49 would actually be quite the twist because so many people think Rizo and Savannah are going to, at minimum, go very far in Survivor 49.
So, that's what fans think about Survivor 49! I'm still not sure how to feel, but I do think there's a lot of smoke around this theory, and we all know fire represents life in the game of Survivor.
