Survivor legend would jump at the chance to do The White Lotus: 'Just call me, Mike!'

He might not be on Survivor 50, but that's not stopping Boston Rob from wanting to form an alliance with The White Lotus creator.

When you think of the history of Survivor, you probably think of Boston Rob Mariano. Even as he continues to expand his portfolio and grace our screens on other shows like The Traitors and Deal or No Deal Island, he'll always be synonymous with Survivor due to the records he holds, the titles he's secured, and the hearts he's won with his blunt, but smart gameplay.

Many fans were disappointed to hear he wouldn't be returning for Survivor 50, but he's spoken across multiple platforms, letting everyone know that he doesn't feel the need to play anymore because his Survivor journey has been completed in his eyes.

Most recently, he discussed the Survivor 50 casting with ET while in the Bahamas. As he and correspondent Nischelle Turner discussed his thoughts on the upcoming celebratory season, the conversation switched to returning player Mike White (Survivor: David vs. Goliath), who is now mostly known as the creator of The White Lotus. And as all Survivor fans know, Mike's had a lot of fun with cameos from his fellow former castaways in his award-winning HBO series.

Of course, when asked if he'd be up for having a cameo in the next season of The White Lotus, Rob didn't hesitate to state that he'd do it, "in a heartbeat." And we'd love to see it!

"Just call me, Mike," Boston Rob added.

Past cameos have included season 37 players like Angelina Keeley and Kara Kay as rich beachgoers in season 2, Natalie Cole and Carl Boudreaux as a couple dining at a restaurant in season 3, and Alec Merlino as Hutch, a waiter and bartender in season 1. And the sharpest-eyed fans even spotted Christian Hubicki having a drink in a dimly lit bar during season 3.

We can only hope that if Rob gets the opportunity for a cameo in The White Lotus season 4, his wife, and Survivor: All-Stars winner, Amber Brkich Mariano would join him. With rumors of the next season taking place somewhere other than a beachy destination—possibly a desert oasis in Egypt or Mexico?—there could be some fun ways to include the couple in the show.

Obviously his character's wardrobe would need to feature his signature Boston Red Sox hat, so maybe we could have an "art imitating life" moment. Since Amber and Rob just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary, they could possibly be a couple from Boston staying at the resort for their anniversary. That would be a sweet way of not only including two Survivor icons, but also paying homage to the longest-running showmance in reality television history.

But at the end of the day, we'll take any kind of cameo to see Boston Rob and Amber in the next season of The White Lotus. Give them a call when you get back from filming Survivor 50, Mike!
