After landing in the hot seat, Boston Rob barely managed to make it through the last roundtable, so needless to say, when the Traitors assemble in the turret at the top of The Traitors season 3 episode 7, the group has a lot to discuss.
The conversation begins with Carolyn revealing she received the shield in her group during the mission and then asking Rob who got the shield in his group to help them narrow down the list of Faithfuls eligible for murder. Instead of opening up to his fellow Traitors about who on his team got the shield, Rob decides to keep the information close to his vest, proving there is still a lot of distrust among the Traitors.
In a surprise move, Rob immediately tosses out Derrick’s name as a contender for murder which is odd given Derrick had led the charge against Rob. Targeting Derrick would seem to put a bigger target on Rob’s back but Rob sees him as a threat. Danielle shoots the idea down and Carolyn suggests Sam, whose name is also shot down by Danielle.
Rob then makes another unexpected suggestion by tossing out Dylan for consideration, which is interesting given Dylan has been loyal to Rob. Danielle points this out and reminds the group that Dylan is loyal to them all making it a bad move to murder him. Rob then tosses out Ciara’s name and it becomes clear the Traitors really don’t know who to land on and can’t agree.

Who was murdered in The Traitors season 3 episode 7?
At breakfast, we learn that Derrick is the latest victim of the Traitors and was murdered. Flashing back to the turret, we see Rob push hard for Derrick as he sees him as the biggest threat to his game at the moment.
Danielle was initially against the idea of murdering Derrick, but when Rob pushes for him, she offers to go along with the murder of Derrick as a sign of good faith. She hopes to use this to show Rob and Carolyn they can trust her, but she’s not at all happy about the decision to murder him.
Right away, Rob begins planting seeds that he’s being framed by the Traitors, but Tom has his eyes on Rob in picking up how everyone who speaks out against Rob has ended up dead. When Dylan tells Rob that Derrick told him before his murder that he was suspicious of Britney, Rob decides to latch onto the idea and spin a case against Britney.
We move along to the challenge where $27,000 is on the line. The remaining 12 players must team up, and this challenge is a big one as the winning teams will secure safety while the other six will be in danger of being murdered. To bank money for the prize fund, the teams must hold hands for eight minutes the challenge being that as they hold hands, a bevy of crawling critters are dumped upon their hands and placed upon them.
All teams are successful in banking money with the exception of Chrishell and Dolores who break hold just seconds into the challenge, giving Rob and Ciara shields. The other teams face off in a head-to-head tiebreaker which sees Ivar and Sam as well as Britney and Danielle winning shields. This means Chrishell, Dolores, Dylan, Tom, Carolyn, and Gabby will be in danger of being murdered.

Who was banished in The Traitors season 3 episode 7?
Heading into the roundtable, Tom tries to convince people Rob is a Traitor as Rob tries to convince people he’s being framed and pushes hard for Britney.
At the roundtable, Dylan starts and tells the group Derrick came up to him and said I feel like I’m getting murdered and if I do, I think I have two traitors: Rob and Britney. He says Derrick mentioned how Britney was shaking her head when Dylan considered voting out Rob, and his worry was Britney was a Traitor as was Rob.
Britney says she was trying to get Dylan to go with her gut and that she’s trying to sus out Traitors as well.
Surprisingly, Sam says the evidence goes to Rob as this is the third night in a row the people who came for him are gone. Tom adds the only Traitor they found was Bob the Drag Queen and Rob went for the kill.
Rob tells the group he believes Wes and Derrick likely thought he was a Traitor because they had a theory one of the new players had to be a Traitor and since they weren’t, it’d have to be Rob. He tells the group he’s always been composed as he’s not lying and then asks the group what incentive he has for killing Derrick as doing so only raises the suspicion on him. He closes by saying that Sam, Dolores, Britney, and Chrisell should be suspects as they’d know who had the shield. Who would have the ability to do that? Between the four there is only one person who understands game moves: Britney
Britney makes one final statement to the group telling them if they banish her, they’ll have the same conversion tomorrow in talking about Rob once again. As she says this would be a misfire if they vote for her.
With that the roundtable ends and the players must vote. After evading banishment for several weeks, Boston Rob is finally banished by the group with Tom, Britney, Carolyn, Sam, Ivar, Danielle, and Gabby all voting for Rob resulting in his elimination and the reveal that he was indeed a Traitor!
