There are not one, but two ways that Survivor Micronesia winner and Heroes vs. Villains runner-up Parvati Shallow can be brought back to the show by CBS.

If there’s anything to take away from Survivor Game Changers and the dud of a season it was, it’s that newbie seasons are quite invigorating. Survivor season 35, Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, has done a great job of setting up its prominent players, giving plenty of players lots of time to establish themselves as characters and make the kinds of mistakes only new players would make.

After a few seasons of only newbies, though, there are still the kinds of Survivor players that one would love to see come back and play again. Even though she got a lot of push during the teens era of the show, Parvati Shallow is near the top of my personal list of players I’d love to see come back and compete once more.

What I want, CBS wants and what the fans want are all secondary to what Pavarti wants, though, although there is some hope that she may return. On People TV’s Survivor Fan Forum, Parvati sat in as a panel member and was asked if she would play once again.

Instead of giving an outright no or maybe, Pavarti Shallow actually gave a “yes, but” answer, naming two conditions that would bring her back to the show. The first circumstance that comes to mind would be an all-winners season so she can take down Sandra Diaz-Twine, her “nemesis” from Heroes vs. Villains. The second instance would be a Blood vs. Water scenario so she can also bring back fiance and fellow Survivor player; John Fincher from Samoa.

The idea of Parvati playing in an all-winners season isn’t new, but the notion that Jeff Probst is priming up for that kind of season has been picking up steam as of late. We know that we wouldn’t see that kind of season until the next cycle of filming at the earliest, as season 36 has been pretty much confirmed to be a newbie season once more.

Besides, Parvati playing alongside John hasn’t quite been talked about lately, and we could possibly see that type of season return in the future. It would definitely set up an interesting dynamic among returning players who bring someone who hasn’t played on the show before.
