Your first look at the first immunity challenge in Survivor 48 is here!

Earlier, we shared Jeff Probst welcoming the new players from the Survivor 48 cast in a new clip from the Survivor 48 premiere, "The Get to Know You Game," which airs on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Now, thanks to CBS, we have a new clip from the first immunity challenge of the season.

In the new clip, which we shared below, Jeff walks the players through the challenge. First, they'll go over a massive net ramp before crawling through a net tunnel. Survivor loves those net tunnels! Then, they'll smash a mask with a Fijian war club, find a key to unlock a sled, and then push the sled up to a platform. It's going to be quite an intense challenge!

Jeff also reveals the two immunity idols for the pre-merge portion of the game, as well.

Of course, we don't get to see the players actually competing in the challenge. Not yet anyway! We'll have to wait a little bit longer until we see that in the season premiere. Remember, the season premiere is a two-hour episode, and we'll see two challenges. The first challenge takes place right when the players hit the beach. The immunity challenge will likely follow after the players head back to camp to start forming relationships and building their shelters, gathering supplies, and everything else that goes into first few days on the beach.

CBS did share a few photos of the players swinging the Fijian war club, though!

Overall, these tribes look quite evenly matched. I don't know if production plans that every season, but looks aren't everything. Remember the Yanu tribe from Survivor 46? They appeared to have three of the strongest players, physically, in the game, and they lost basically every challenge. It's not all about brute strength. There's always a strategic element to these early challenges that forces these players to work together.

And, I know that will people will be interested to learn that it looks like all the players do make it through the first challenge. In an earlier trailer, it looked like Jeff was forced to stop the challenge to bring out medical. We've seen players pulled from the game for challenge injuries before. It appears that all the players are present for the first Survivor 48 immunity challenge. That's not a spoiler, really, but we'll have to just wait and see how it all plays out!

You can watch the two-hour season 48 premiere on CBS and Paramount+ on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 8 p.m. ET. We'll share more updates about the new season as we get closer to the premiere.
