8. Andy Rueda
Yes, Andy orchestrated the big move against Sierra and Sam, and it was a good move, but it could prove to be too early. It is the second time he's flipped on an alliance, so other players are not going to be willing to trust him very far as the game progresses.
Andy has played an incredibly uneven game, and his flakiness will probably be his downfall sooner rather than later. He's no physical threat, and his social game has been awkward at best, so it would be surprising if he found himself in a position of power again.
It could happen, of course. Rome Cooney was the power player in the early stages of the game, but once that evaporated, he was quickly dismissed from the game.
7. Rachel LaMont
Rachel has tried from the beginning to stay under the radar, but she hasn't been able to do it. Other players see her as a big threat and good at the game. Every move she's made has seemed like a good one.
In episode 7, it looked certain that the Tuku Five would send her home, but she secretly received a Safety Without Power advantage from Sol Yi and played it, so she was allowed to leave tribal council, which made her safe.
During episode 8, she found an idol and noticed she wasn't part of many conversations around camp. She was nervous, but in a brilliant move, she took her Shot in the Dark to gauge whether she was the target. She felt safe enough to keep her idol in her pocket and unscathed during the vote.
She still has the idol and a secret ally in Sol, but she's perceived as a big threat and has a big target on her back.
