Survivor 50 episode 9, "I Deserve All Of This," is about to be the turning point of the season. After the epic double elimination of Coach and Chrissy Hofbeck completely flipped the game, the door is open for one group or alliance to take control of the game.
Looking at the edit and how things have played out so far, it appears that power is going to Cirie Fields, Ozzy Lusth, and Rizo Velovic if they're willing to take it. And, if that happens, there are going to be a few players in a very dangerous position in the new episode.
I shared the three players who are in the most danger of getting voted out in episode 9, which airs at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 22, on CBS and Paramount+.

Joe Hunter
Joe Hunter is in a tough spot in Survivor 50. After winning his first individual immunity of the season, Joe lost two players from his majority alliance in Coach and Chrissy. There's no denying that Tribal Council did not go Joe's way. Now, he's basically on the bottom, and he's going to have to scramble to make some moves to save his life in the game. I'm not saying Joe is actually getting voted out in episode 9, but he's definitely in more danger of going home than he's been all season, even after his feud with Rick Devens early in the game.
Based on the latest sneak peek at the new episode, Joe seems to be settling in with Cirie Fields and Ozzy Lusth, so it's possible that Joe has moved on from Coach's group. Honestly, it's such a smart move for Cirie, Ozzy, and Rizo to bring Joe into their alliance. If they show him loyalty, he's proven through like 40 days on Survivor so far that he's not going to flip!
The other good thing going for Joe is that he performed well in the Wrist Assured immunity challenge in Survivor 48. If he wins immunity again, he'll save himself and put someone else on the chopping block.

Rick Devens
Speaking of Devens, he is definitely on the chopping block in Survivor 50 episode 9 after the antics that he pulled at Tribal Council with the fake idol, not playing it, and being largely shady about it.
Devens needed to make a move to make sure he and Aubry Bracco stayed in the game, but the showmanship and attitude about it all seemed to rub everyone the wrong way. In the sneak peek at episode 9, everyone is talking about Devens!
It's so hard to play Survivor because if you play too hard and too sneaky, it makes others mad. If you play too safe, you go home. Devens has a lot of work to do to make it out of this episode. His top allies, Christian Hubicki, Emily Flippen, and Aubry, might be in trouble, too, just because they're associated with Devens.

Stephenie LaGrossa Kendrick
Like Joe, Stephenie LaGrossa Kendrick lost two of her top allies in episode 8. Now, she has a lot of work to do to find allies and make some moves. Overall, Stephenie has done an impressive job surviving this season. She's been on tribes and groups where she was out of the majority, but she did enough in forming connections to stay alive and pull off some blindsides, like the Mike White and Kamilla Karthigesu blindsides.
Still, Stephenie doesn't have a lot going for her right now. Stephenie can't make a move without Cirie just absolutely figuring her out. That leaves her in a very vulnerable position because Cirie knows Stephenie lied about the advantage to the rest of the group. Cirie will use that against her when she needs to.
I have a feeling one of these players will be voted out in Survivor 50 episode 9! We'll see who it actually is on Wednesday, April 22! Stay tuned!
